Healing Retreats

March and July

Life has many challenges and stressors. Each person handles these elements in different ways, typically using tools that were learned by watching how others deal with them.

Persons who are feeling as if something needs to change or feeling dull, tired, or depressed, feeling overwhelmed or fearful or may need healing after a traumatic event or accident can attend a healing retreat.

When a person realizes their life is out of balance, a place of quiet reflection where one can tend to all parts of oneself including the mind, body, and spirit may be needed.  A healing retreat can offer the support to heal and tools to begin finding ways to manage the elements of life.

Retreat Includes:

  • Celebration of the Eucharist
  • Sacrament of Reconciliation
  • Morning Prayer
  • Conferences
  • Healing Service with Anointing of the Sick Time for Quiet Reflection
  • Opportunity for Individual Spiritual Direction
