Merry Christmas
If
you want
the Virgin will come walking down the road
pregnant with the holy,
and say,
“I need shelter for the night, please take me inside your heart
my time is close.”
Then, under the roof of your soul, you will witness the sublime
intimacy, the divine, the Christ
taking birth
forever… ~St John of the Cross
We at Christ the King Retreat Center extend our
best wishes to you in this Holy Christmas season.
Fr. Nassal Retreat – Aug 6-8, 2021
Fr. Joseph Nassal was scheduled to be here in November for his retreat on, “Eucharist and the Healing of the Earth”.
Due to scheduling concerns, Fr. Nassal will now be here on August 6-8, 2021.
If you had registered for Fr. Ron Rolheiser’s retreat in August, your registration has been changed to Fr. Nassal’s retreat. Fr. Rolheiser has not rescheduled his retreat at this time.
Please contact us at your earliest convenience if you have any questions or concerns.
Summer Health Safety
COVID Update, July 2021
The MN Face Mask requirement was lifted on May 13, 2021, indicating: “Minnesotans who are not fully vaccinated are strongly recommended to wear face coverings indoors.”
Christ the King Retreat Center understands that receiving a vaccine is a personal medical issue and therefore whether or not a person has received a vaccine is protected under HIPAA guidelines. Wearing a mask protects others who have not or cannot be vaccinated. Please wear a mask at your own discretion.
Know that the safety and health of our retreatants and staff is still very much on our minds as we continue to move through the summer and then into the flu season. We will follow the State of Minnesota guidelines as they are published.
