As I write this, we are nearing the end of the year 2020 AD. Many will say that the end of this year could not come soon enough. It has been a tough year.
The Covid-19 pandemic has turned the country upside down, and the election has divided the country. At Christ the King Retreat Center, we have experienced this upset and have had our ministry diminished because of the virus. To make matters worse, a water pipe burst during a routine inspection.
As repair of the damage began, we discovered major maintenance damage that only came to light as we repaired the first problem.
